St. Petersburg 9.22 Monday

THIS IS NOT MY BOAT. I still dont have one. (the one i came to see didnt pan out.) back to square one.

Tampa Florida 9.19

Friday 9.19 A quick trip to look at my new sailboat in Sarasota, Florida.
Today I am flying to Tampa to see the sailboat I have a contract on. Monday I meet the boat surveyor who will test all the systems to confirm that it’s ‘ship shape.’ We will sail it to the Bradenton Marina to have it hauled out of the water. (to see the hull and make sure there is nothing wrong on that) If all goes well I’ll be a new boat owner October 6th. Fingers crossed everyone.

Abort Mission Impossible* mom was right - i was wrong. (again) **1989 they started making the Mark II, w/ more head room. this boat today was 1987 and i bumped my head.
i couldn't straighten my neck all the way. too short for me. deal falls through. back to square one....

I have been waiting patiently for something new to report. Last week I worked in San Francisco on the CalDental show. Afterward I drove up to Napa Valley for some wine tasting and a great visit with Greg and Susan in Yountville. The weather was perfect all week and everything cooperated to make for some lovely photos of the Vineyards at harvest time.

Macalester OK visit 9.1.08

My brother Steve, his wife susan, and their family live in Macalester OK. 9.1.08 i have stopped off a few days to visit with them. They had a house full for Laborday Weekend. Ryan and Bekki flew out from their home in Salt Lake to "see the new nephew Noah." Susan's mother Mary Jo, daughter Bethany and her husband Joe also live "in the compound."

15th Annual Faytown Classic.

Fayetteville, Arkansas. A nice place to visit and play some very bad golf!
