this was my view off the deck this morning with coffee. Angela says it means fair weather is headed in...
Craig is plotting our course and getting ready for when the winds die down. He wants to leave tomorrow night when the wind lessens. "sail the night lees." the sea calms and the waves flatten out with little wind. so we will motor east all night and anchor and sleep in the daytime. we do this a few nights and we will be across the Dominican coast and ready to do the Mona Passage Crossing when it's time on Thursday / Friday, per our weather window. then instead of a 54 hour straight shot we have only an overnight sail through when the weather is at it's best to head East. (make a plan and sail it)
no other word for now. In Luperon.
