Today we caught Lobster. (Craig caught it, but i helped to cook it and then helped him eat it. had it for dinner) Diced and sauteed, with fresh garlic cloves and tomato, served over Ramen noodles. we are still anchored in Bahia Honda State Park. our boat is Hakuna Matata - the one in the center. 41' Morgan out island. (in the 'boat shot' i am standing on the old bridge at the cut. the Gulf of Mexico is on the left, the Atlantic is on the right. US1, keywest is about 30 miles left, Miami is about 115 miles right.) great weather, sunny with light breeze all day. cools down into the mid/low 70's at night. after todays swim - i'll sleep like the dead.
