I was invited to the Birthday Party for Cajun Dave. "bring your own bowl and spoon."
So i did. Little did i know that Dave was cooking for a hundred people.... YUM!
Jumbalaya, Andouille sausage, Creole Chicken Jalapeno sausage, Venison sausage, and Stuffed Pigs Stomach sausage medley. (I'm sure i forgot something?) Dave let me take photos and cut up onions. I felt pretty honored, till he explained i was doing it wrong.... happy birthday indeed!
