Sunday night the entire city of Cozumel is on holiday. most places are closed and it's the day off for everyone. you can find the locals just sitting or milling around the town squre near dark. 
From 8pm till 10pm the bandstand comes alive with music and dancing in the town square. please note the 70 year old, noodle legs, crazy dancer.
