Vegas Baby!

I've been working in Vegas the past two weeks.  Yuck!  

One night we had a 'work meal.'  My boss is shown here on the left.

On other nights my boss was not invited.

 Steve Fenwick of the San Diego IATSE Union, Local 122 celebrated his birthday one night.

Back to Nature

It's a cold wet spring here on the coast.  I am still homeless and awaiting sunny, warm, days for the finishing painting on s/v Prodigal.  My moral vacillates daily as the Marina charges continue to climb...

Here is an aside.  Last week i was looking out the window of the Kemah office and spotted a Coyote walking by about 50 feet away.  I was on a conference call at the time.  So, like any good worker - i ran and grabbed my camera.  When i got back to the window he was lying down on Tee Box #12.  Unfortunately my stealth moves alarmed him enough to cause him to jump up and run off.  This is the best photo i could capture as he trotted off.

It's raining again today.  Darn!
