Kemah Boat Parade 6.28.9

We had a boat parade today at the Boardwalk where i live. (i wonder why it was today and not next Saturday on the 4th of July? i'm not on that committee...) I ran into a friend at church this morning who told me about "The Parade."

I 'snuck' onto the Coast Guard Judging boat and enjoyed a pretty good view of the festivities. Hey, it's what i do!
