Taco's are what's for breakfast...

I found the 'World's Best Breakfast Tacos.'

Tomorrow will be 3 days in a row.  I'm a regular!

This little road side stand 'used to sit under a tree' where now the road lies.  

Thus the name El Arbolito.  (think - Arboretum)

These beauties are about $1us / ea.  worth their weight in Gold.  YOU pick which ingredients from countless choices.  It's an assembly line style buffet where you point and they scoop.  

The Salsa is everything from Mild to Death by Firing Squad.  i asked for help in that department.  the guy in charge told me which one was the mildest and then what order they went up.  i drizzled some mild on the tacos then 'dropped about 3 drops' of the second mildest sauce and it lit up the flavour.  It put the tacos into terror threat orange...

 Note: the large ceramic bowls sitting on huge heated shelves.  i can look close and see them simmering.  Beet, Chicken, Pork, Liver and onions....  i'll ask tomorrow and write it down.  I just point at stuff.  Corn tortilla made on site, with a scoop of rice, beans and then whatever you choose.
