Great Questions and Comment Captain Craig. I can only promise, when YOU come visit i'll serve only local fair. But now on my budget, the $5.99 talapia is great compared to the $18.99 local stuff. (the apple pie was $3.69 for a small pie)

In addition i served butter noodles with fresh chopped Kale and Sun Dried Tomatoes, plus shaved fresh Parmesan. I challenge any local fish to smell or taste better! YUM.

Even some cheap pirates fish, I have been know to catch a few of those mangrove snappers right from that mooring field! Just not when Jimmy was down of course!
Looks like you made out ok with the publix stuff but catching is free.
Look forward to keys fishery when I visit, no matter the cost
