Hurricane Prep

I am SO SORE this morning.

I dont think my exercise program was designed correctly.  #1.) Hurt leg.  #2.) Lay down, leg elevated, immobilized for seven weeks.  #3.) throw down the crutches and jump up to do Hurricane Preparation.  

Lots of the stuff I'm working with is heavy, bulky and requires lots of twisting and bending to get it in and out of the car for storage.  My back is reminding me today that it's not having fun.  My arms, back and joints are so sore they make my leg laugh at them.  (now the leg does not hurt at all)

NOTE:  to anyone worried.  I'm going to get in my car and drive away BEFORE the storm makes landfall.  I have today and tomorrow to continue my preparation.
