Talapia Dinner for one?

"Talapia??? Why are you having that farm raised fish from China when you're in the the Keys that are filled with snapper, grouper,mahi, tuna and lobsters?? Go back to the local dock and get fresh, Publix is not the place to buy fish. Even pirates have to make GOOD choices.

Great Questions and Comment Captain Craig.  I can only promise, when YOU come visit i'll serve only local fair.  But now on my budget, the $5.99 talapia is great compared to the $18.99 local stuff.  (the apple pie was $3.69 for a small pie)

The Talapia was cooked in olive oil with lots of garlic, onion and hot madras curry powder.

In addition i served butter noodles with fresh chopped Kale and Sun Dried Tomatoes, plus shaved fresh Parmesan.  I challenge any local fish to smell or taste better!   YUM.  

now what will i make for dinner tonight?  Remember it's super friday happy hour today!
