Key West Saturday trip.
We caught the 10:23am Bus to Key West for lunch and 'sight seeing.' If you have walked down Duval Street then you know what I'm talking about and if you don't, you won't. Duval is the main drag of restaurants and bars ending at the water and Mallory Square. Every day the sunset is celebrated at Mallory Square where crowds gather and local performers do their trick for tips.
Today the crew helped me do a chore and then we came to shore for lunch and a walk about. Tomorrow I'll rent a car and drive them up to the airport for their trip home. I am the very next boat on the waiting list for a mooring ball, so i'm optimistic that i'll be coming into the harbor soon. (l am anchored outside the harbor now)
Next chapter will be February 7th when Cousin Rick arrives for the trip over to the Bahamas.
