Yes, I always ask permission before taking photos of people. First, I ask the parent, then the kid. If everyone agrees, I snap a shot and thank them. "IF" they are beggars, I give them a tip. Here are some cute shots I got.
This little monster was sooo cute! Her dad said, "yes you may take her photo." When I asked HER if i could take a photo, she YELLED, "YES!" Then, she just lit up and smiled.
