Saturday

'Black Bird singing in the dead of night...'  Actually i awoke and got up to check things and found all the blackbirds that 'normally' sit in that tree up in my rigging.  (unlike the seagulls, they didnt disturb my decks)  I clapped my hands and they all flew back to the tree.
'That tree' at sunrise
6:15am, before sunrise, a group of about five boats blew down the river.  i assume it was a fishing tournament?  Or some crazy race?
More CRAZY!

Municipal docks with me anchored way in back right.

Another shot of this by request

Every other Saturday they have a small Farmers Market down at the last marina.  I had never been there and was captivated by some of the vendors and all the work boats.

After the Farmers Market i went by the bike shop to visit with Kevin about 'who' he might know who could help me deliver Prodigal to Clearwater FL.  *I have a lunch meeting today with a possible sailor to discuss schedules and particulars of the trip.

Then i 'ACCIDENTALLY' happened upon an old fashioned soda fountain serving Blue Bell!

The last big thing of the day....   When i finally got back to the boat i sat / napped, in the cockpit and read my book.  when i woke up i caught Cathy and Matt, her son, from Prattville, AL. catching a fish.  When they pulled anchor they came over and gave me TWO Redfish.  (dinner for days)

It was just another Saturday on the water...
I hope you got some fresh fish at your house?
