RAIN, RAIN, RAIN

I'm still at anchor in Marsh Harbor.  We've been enjoying lots and lots of rain these past few days.  But the weatherman says it could end some day.  I sure hope so.  The Bahama Islands have very expensive utilities.  Electricity, Water, Gasoline are all very high priced.
So most homes have a 'water catchment system.'

Whatever size they have, regardless how massively large it might be, it's full tonight.  With all this rain, it's FULL.  I'm thinking i should have some tarp and funnel on the boat to fill my water tanks.  Cause they could be full now.  It's a lot of water coming down out there.
In addition to all this rain, tonight we have had quite a lightening show.  For about an hour lightening streaked across the sky in all directions.  Then suddenly the wind came rushing from the opposite direction and it's started raining again.  I'm down below, but i can hear it howling up on deck.  Ahhh a good book sounds nice!  I guess it's bedtime.  The wind will rock me to sleep...

Tomorrow I will pull anchor and go back to Treasure Cay.  It's time to start receiving guests.  Look out, here they come!
